Yamaha TF Series Dante Cheat Sheet

As everyone who has used a Yamaha TF console knows, Its designed to be extremely plug and play in the simplest way possible. However, at times that creates challenges. When I used the TF with the Tio1608 racks, I needed to send certain busses to the outputs to feed IEM Packs. The challenge is the Dante patching is preconfigured, and no internal way to change it. So out of the box, if you need all the busses out of the box, you are looking at buying three boxes. However, since its dante, that can all be changed via Dante controller. I used the secondary output on the Dante card to connect to my computer and change the routing. Yamaha provides the info as to what each input and output is in the user manual. However, I find it very importantly to have easy access to as much info from the console as possible. I am a very big proponent of labels and cheat sheets. So I made a PDF that displays the inputs and outputs via Dante. There are two of each on a single landscape letter page. I recommend laminating it, and using using some console tape to attach it to your console.

They have been invaluable for me. Hope this helps someone.
